The appearance of the academy building is conceived as an alternating overlap of three areas that are placed in a way that they make up a functional unit in terms of energy conservation. So that the energy of the sun is used to its maximum, the south side of the building should be open, using transparent glass, and the whole surface should be slanted in order to make full use of the sun's energy throughout the whole year. The two biggest areas of the building are in fact large green spaces (park, garden…).

The next project shows a somewhat different version of the academy. The characteristic of this format is a glass roof on which solar panels are placed. In this way, each one of the many pyramidal shapes is juxtaposed or projected to correspond with the angles of the sun in different periods of time (yearly, seasonally and daily). Such a roof is used like a greenhouse and is also a regulator of the climatic conditions in the building.
