The location of the new academy is not entirely suitable for the optimal use of the energy of the sun from the sides of the building, because larger areas face the east and the west. By cutting the south corner, we could get a somewhat larger area facing the south, which could be covered with solar panels. So that it would not be a bare wall, it would be divided into several terraces with gardens. Wind generators would be placed on the top of the building.
The roof of the building could be imagined as a solar park. Solar panels could be placed in a dynamic construction, creating shade and enabling people to relax on benches and walk in the roof gardens. In the middle of the roof there could be a large lake with suitable plants that could help with the purification of water.
In the basement of the building a place is foreseen for the separation of collected waste destined for recycling, and in one of the gardens there could be a place for the composting of garden and other bio-wastes.
