The new academy is made up of three parts: a core, outer walls and supports. The building has a double façade, which allows for the control and better use of the flow of warm/cold air. An area for solar panels and a green space is envisaged on the façade. The outer façade is made up of moveable rectangular modules that can be composed or managed in groups, with the aim of the optimal use of energy, light and shade. The manipulation of moveable modules would be accessible to the beneficiaries
of the area of the new academy.
