A circular roof for the new academy building, like a large shell or shield, would expose its entire surface to the rays of the sun. Here there would be photovoltaic modules. The southern part of the roof would come down to the ground in a way that it would be possible to climb up to the roof, where a path would be situated between the modules. Under the eaves on the south side of the building, vertical “Savonius” wind generators could be built.
