A solar roof that directs the rays of sunlight, with the help of a mirror, onto solar panels.

An example of modular construction is where every module would be an autonomous unit that produced energy. Each module would be divided into three parts. The highest part would consist of plants and various types of greenery that would be used for the purification of waste water. The middle part would be used for giving lectures and the lower part for hot water tanks that would be used in the winter for heating.

The façade of the building consists of solar panels. Water that would flow down over the walls would be used as an indoor climate regulator.

Construction that is not expensive is desirable. Reconstruction of a tanker from a neighbouring shipyard that has not yet been finished is such a possibility.
