Technology for generating electrical energy with the help of sunlight or the sun's heat is accessible. It's up to us to also make use of this technology for construction. In this way, our buildings could be less dependent for their energy needs.

Since the location and also the building of the new academy are oriented in the direction southeast/northwest, it is possible to follow the sun's path by the rotation of the upper five floors of the building (as a whole, or each floor separately, mechanically or just by the shape of the building itself). This is exceptionally important for the winter period when the sun is low and the use of solar panels on the roof is reduced to a small number of hours. As well as solar panels, the building can make use of water (collecting rainwater, purifying waste water) for the production of electrical energy (with a turbine) and can also be used for sanitary purposes. Fruit and vegetables could be grown in the gardens of the new academy. These would be used in the preparation of food for the academy. Green paths and parks can be used for lectures and relaxation in natural surroundings.
