At the time of the designing of the building of the new academy the shape of a wave was cited, and for the area of the façade the sea and shellfish.

The façade is made up of many moveable elements of photovoltaic modules.

On those parts of the building that are not exposed to the sun during the day or are in the shade of adjacent buildings, the façade is filled with elements of glass.

Between the first (shell) and the other façade there is an area that can be used as a path or a meeting place.
